EXBC works with array of real estate developers to deliver on promises while ensuring our clients interests are protected.
We manage our client expectations during the journey of becoming a homeowner without any surprises by providing tracker that for the milestones They are:
a. Sign up and Complete documentation
EXBC expects you to complete your personal profile as requested under the program. All required
documents as stated in the program must be submitted to kickstart the journey. Client can use the
tracker on the account dashboard to monitor the progress being made.
b. Documentation and Approval
Submitted documents are reviewed, evaluated and verified by assigned RTO specialist.
Recommendation from the specialist determines if the application would be funded or not. If
application is recommended for funding, EXBC RTO Advisor would contact client for signing of
agreement.
c. House Purchase and handover
After client has signed the agreement, client is expected to present details of the property to be
purchased to EXBC RTO Advisor to initiate the closing.
EXBC Advisor would close the property as scheduled, contact the client for pre- and final handing
over documentations.
And lastly, property handed over and file transfer to the property management company.
